The only thing I'm concerned about is your method of suspending your car above the ground. Those ramps in the rear would make me terribly uncomfortable with stands in the front. I have seen those stands topple before and it doesn't really take much, so please be careful.

BTW, if the engine runs as good as you say and doesn't have any probs, I wouldn't even worry about verifying the mileage. Its only a number, afterall. My 140k M20 is on its last legs and that is not really considered high mileage for a 22yr old car. I'd just be happy you have a strong engine! If you want some REAL numbers then do a compression test and leakdown test on it. Will tell you pretty much exactly what shape the engine is in.
Oh yes. I forgot all about that., I will be doing that soon. Thanks. Yea i know about the ramps, they are gone, I was very skeptical about going under the car so as soon as I had some money, I bought two other stands, and now its on all four stands with two spares under just in case.

Great job, i Have one suggestion. I found a hard plastic cover for your dash looks like its a stock dash once installed, just can't find the link for it i'll continue searching though. Sorry, I hate that fuzzy stuff, it's worse than hitler.

Great work, I know its a work in progress and all but please, do away with that hideous contraption coming out the back where an exhaust belongs. Looks like belongs on a jap. extreme car with the long tail pipes. LOL (IMO)
Just keep on the right track cant wait to see the end product!

Def getting another dash asap. I thought this would look semi decent but it came out like crap. I need to source a crack free dash in the future, thanks :)

Awesome project. I like the tires and kicker subs. Eta's are great. Future stroke and turbo?

Lol. Umm i didnt have a pleasant time either. I had my mom sow up the headliner from the fabric. She didnt get it right the first few times. But I got it to work after he had to cut and resow. Not bad for less than 50$.

I need some front CABs asap. Whats a good site and brand. I hear doing the oem ones are good? please lmk your recommendations. Thanks.

Sorry to bump up an old thread. But I was wondering what you guys think the car is worth?
I have a friend selling me his e36 M3 with some issues for around 4k. I want to be able to sell this and add some money on top to get that.
I have done about almost all the maintence work besides suspension.
                            - It has 180k (speedo stopped working)
                            - I replaced the seat with very fresh one in the same color
                            - Replaced the CABs within the 300 miles
                            - Timing belt done 2 months ago
                            - Diff (rp), tranny (RL), and oil changed 2 months ago
                            - rebuild shift linkage
                            - Replaced water pump, not because it needed it!
                            - And a few other things.
What should I ask for because it could use some better coils and coilovers. ?
                            Thanks.
