Yup, Stu's work to the volvo lip makes it nice looking. Without tucking the sides in it is ugly.

No paint. Soak it in armorall while you save up for a better lip. I'm not a Volvo lip hater as I ran one for years only because my valence was fubared. Yours looks straight enough for an oem lip.
