                  Pop the switch out with a flat head, pull it out, disconnect the old switch harness, connnect the new one, pop back in.I recently went from the original switches in my car that didnt have the illuminated arrows to a pair that does have the arrows, got them from a pick and pull for something like 2 bucks. Might keep an eye out for some e36 ones, those look super clean

                        Read the install before you go buying/grabbing switches. It will tell you want to get. Not all of them work.
