I keep hoping my dad will finally let go of the E28. He's owned it since new, and it's in at least as good a condition as Sam's here. I've been waiting for ten years though....shit.

And then the E28 needs some sort of lower/stiffer suspension, and then it can accept the style 5s.

UPDATE! Got the clutch in

Ladies and gents, so i just completed the task of installing a new clutch after waiting weeks and weeks for a backordered pressure plate from BavAuto... So miraculously, when I lowered the car off the jackstands and started the engine, nothing exploded! also, I went for a drive, and also then nothing exploded! So I must have accidentally done everything correctly.

and by the way, she drives great! my first time driving her, since I bought the car w/o a good clutch, electric seats all work, windows all work, but it needs a new fan clutch now, and the heat doesn't come on. But overall I am very impressed with this car.

but thanks for the kind words, and as far as big plans, if I am so lucky as to be able to keep it (read: if my E30 sells), eventually its getting the M30B35 swap with long tube headers, a decent intake, and a decent chip. shabam! 250 bhp!
