    Thanks for the compliments everyone.

AbsorbantNut - I have the GC semi-coilovers. Basically the threaded sleeve with their springs that they sell on their website.

ak- - I'd say the 14816 is pretty loud. The drone bothers some, but I have no problem with it.

    Good looking car.
How loud is the 14816? I was debating getting it and stuck with the smaller 14815.
My friend with an E36 m50 got it and it's pretty loud.
    Nice car, love the Borbets.

Hello, guy from bay area with a sedan. I was recently looking for houses in Newark, but decided to live in Redwood City instead. We may run into each other at a meet someday.

    Just a little intro...

    Hello r3v,

Well, I joined the forum almost three years ago now, and never really introduced myself, so I thought I would use this as my opportutnity...

My name is Kyle, and I am a 20 year old student in the Bay Area. I've loved E30's since I rode in my parents 84 318i when I was little. I wanted that car for as long as I could remeber, but, unfortunately, my uncle was responsible for that car being laid to rest when I was just a little kid....

Fast-forward to last November, and this deal hits me. I had my E36 325i, but I always longed for the E30 that eluded me. I had been saving $1 bills from work and spare change just in case I found something I really wanted in the future, auto-related or not, and I noticed the craigslist ad that would change everything. After a few meetings with the previous owner, I landed my 91 318i for $1800 and couldn't be happier.

These past few months have been a blur of changes, and I unfortunately don't have any "starting" point photos. Needless to say, this car has come a long way since I became the owner. Current mods include:

    GC/Bilstein Coils (375/500)
    Offset M3 CAB's
    Borbet Type A's 15x7 ET20 (205/50/15 Falken ZE-912's)
Recaro Trophy's (I have the matching rear bench, just need a way to mount it)
    iS Lip
    Bosch Smiley's (55W 4500K HID's)
    Magnaflow 14816
    ZHP Knob
    M-Tech I Wheel

I'll let the photos do the rest. I went a little overboard with the editing, but I still like some of the results. I just washed the car and decided to go for a little photoshoot. All comments and criticisms welcomed.
