The rarest of all is the supposed 1985 BMW "M3" AWD Cabriolet. Apparently it was a prototype/concept at the Frankfurt autoshow that year, had a soft top + M20 iX drivetrain + M3 bodywork. Kind of makes sense considering all three things went into production in 1986, albeit in seperate forms. I'd love to see a picture of it someday.
