New 325 owner, only cost $450!

Hey guys after reading through the forums for a few weeks I ended up purchasing a 86' 325 bronzit for $450 this past tuesday. Motor ran strong and interior was pretty minty minus two cracks on the dash, a minor rip in the seat, and no stereo from fckn thieves. Exterior has bad oxidization, paint chips, broken driver side glass, and cracked windshield. Overall i'm extremely pleased with my purchase. After all the maintenance she'll be good enough to take over the daily duties from the s2000. Thanks again for all the great info here on r3v, made my purchase a whole lot easier.

Here it is at it currently sits after a minor detailing session and replaced driver side window..

funny how the first replies are from a near by city. you guys hold any e30 meets in the sac area? I'd like to come by see some rides for inspiration and meet some owners in our area.

kinda eerie, in recent weeks, TWO r3v members have had their e30's stereo's stolen by thieves in Stockton.

To clarify, the car was purchased in Sacramento where the stolen radio and broken window incident occurred. Anti theft security measures are a must if you live in Stockton. I assume these cars are rarely stolen? just basically radio and nick knack that are visible like any other car?
