    A little rough

Well, I sold my 87 325is back in December and managed to stay away from e30's for what....3 months.

This just arrived last week. 91 318is w/ 146K on it. It is cosmetically rough, but has decent mechanics.

    The good. It came with....

    JC chip
    SSK
    MM 16" rims
Full set of Basketweaves w/ centercaps
    Set of Steelies w/snows
    Suspension Techniques Swaybars
    Bilstein Sports
    H&R Race Springs
    X-Drilled Rotors
    Pagid Pads
    SS Brake Lines
    Schroth Harness
    Zender Side Skirts
    K&N Intake
    IE Fiberglass Trunk Lid
    IE Fiberglass Hood
    Fixed Camber Plates
    Offset Upper Strut Mounts

    The bad...

Lower oil pan needs replacing (JB Welded)
Front valence and Passenger fender bent up
Has a fiberglass Mtech2 replica rear bumper on it

If you look under the F/S section, you will see that I am selling an OEM Mtech 2 front bumper & airdam that I bought after the seller assured me that the rear was not fiberglass. Well, since it turned out to be FG, I am now going to take the car back to the stock look. That means that the trim will be replaced and skirts will be coming off. Look for the skirts to post in the F/S section once I figure out what to ask for them.

A couple pics prior to arrival.

    In it's new home....

Looks like a seriously ragged on car. Likely owned by come clueless kid that thought it was hot shit.

good luck getting it back in shape.

I like the euro and US sidemarkers. I can't wait to see that thing looking normal.

Yeah, it is a little rough to look at right now. The previous owner claims that there was a Zender airdam on it prior to an encounter with a blown tire. If you look hard at the front, you can see pieces of it still attached to the bumper. I can get the fender, front bumper & rear bumper for about $500 from some local yards and they shouldn't be too difficult to swap on.

After the owner hit that tire, he decided to set it aside as his autocross car....which explains the mods/parts.

Eurospeed88 - Once I get it back to the stock look, I might consider selling the MM's. I really like the look of the Ronal LS rims on these cars. I'll keep you posted.

Sure it will turn out better than what the previous owner had in mind. Good luck with the project. Keep us posted in the Zender skirts ;)

Yeah, previous owner had it set aside as his autocross car for the past two years. I'd like to set it up for 50/50 daily/autocross. Wife uses the e46 330i in the background and my other car is a Nissan Pathfinder (15mpg). With the way gas prices are heading, I need to get to using this pretty quickly.

looks like you have the mtech II rear valance and a portion left under the front bumper. :(

Please do. I'm very interested, I would just have to make sure I have the cash ready when you sell them.
