Why do you have a euro plate covered up when PR uses standard NA plates...or am I missing something?

Well in PR euro cars are allowed to put euro plates, or at least that is what I have seen on hundreds of euros. I asked 2 or 3 cops and they told me it was ok so I went for it and bought a nice embossed euro plate from Germany. (it is my actual PR plate numbers)...

no, actually my hood and trunk are painted as if they were carbon fiber, it is a very common paint job here in puerto rico and it looks 90% as the real thing for only $160 it is way better than $1000:D even expensive cars are doing the same, it is popular on track cars, wheels even, parts of interior, almost anywhere... it is very cool and sexy in person, every day i hear like 5 or six times: cool carbon fiber hood from random people and tourists that visit where i work.
