The springs ride Tit's so its probably a little bit of bein old but not shitted, and pads are removed if I remember correctly.

TRAFFIC! I leave early its like 5:50-6:10 in the pictures and No one really needs that street its pretty empty every morning. usually they have it blocked for some event though.
