    1991 318I convertible

Hi all! I am a newbie and this is my first post. I have a 1991 318I convertible with the M42 engine. It has 60,000 miles on it and is in excellent shape. The exterior color is Brillantrot and the interior is tan. As of right now it is stock, but I plan to do some mods later on. The link below is to my pictures.

Nice! it's sure does look mint :) that's what my car looked like when I bought it but with black leatherette interior. Here's mine, hopefully the pic will show, if not use the url.

Pretty mint car you have there. By chance do you live in Arizona?

Really bad steering wheel and seat covers. That aside looks clean.

                  Beautiful example to start with.

I'm not a fan of the steering wheel and seat covers either, but I imagine that they have absolutely saved the items they cover (unless they were already destroyed before hand).

A few mods and you'll have one hell of an e30 cab.

I do live in Arizona. I live about 20 miles south of Tucson in Sahuarita.

The seats are in mint condition under the covers, that is why I put the seat covers on. In Arizona it gets really hot and it can destroy your interior. I don`t have a garage but I keep a custom BMW cover over it. The sun out here can rot your seats and interior so when I am out and about without the car cover on the seat covers saves my seats. I keep the interior done with armoural.

I just realized, I have those same exact same covers right now. Interiors sure do die here, you got that right.

I really like the convertables with plastic bumpers, makes them look a million times better, or euro bumpers......mmmmm euro bumpers.

Clean ride, keep it that way! I think we have all seen our share of torn to pieces e30s, and they just get rarer and rarer. Hold onto what you have, and it will only get better.
