So they were a PITA to actually fit to the car? Who made them?
I don't care for fender flares on an E30, and tried to talk him out of it. They are IE's fender flares. We came to the conclusion that IE made them for the 2002 and said, "Look, it's kind of the same shape as an E30." and then marketed them so.

To make them fit we had to cut off about 4" to match up with the bumper trim. Then we had to cut out the fuel door. After that a good amount of torch heat was applied to bend and shape the flare to the car. It was a bunch of work for the price paid, they are just plastic pieces you have to custom fit.

Good job, I agree I think your car could use a little moar low but anyway I can definitely appreciate the work you're doing. I really like the front end.

I wanna see how color matched flares look on an e30.

I agree with you, this car had this functional look going for it in the first place. This isn't a mint MT2 or anything so I love it for being unique.

I don't understand. Those rear wheels don't look overly wide and the offset looks pretty high. Are you running spacers in the rear?

this was my reasoning 100%, the car was rough when i got it. the majority of money spent on the car is all transferable parts... the smoked hellas, wiper setup, glass roof, all my interior crap, ect. can all be swapped over if i come accross a chasis worth a full resto.
