My E30 335i first photoshoot this summer

Finished my e30 335i restoration in May and am finally able to post some pictures. I haven't had a chance to go on ANY meets this year, but maybe if one pops up toward the end of the summer, I'll find the time.

So here are some of the "before" pictures taken about 12 months ago.

Since then, I've done quite a bit. Brand new paint, new top, new BBS LM Reps 17x7.5 w/ 215/40 Dunlop Direzza, Taillights, turn signals, Front Zender Valence, Lowered 15mm drop hats in front... What do you think?

And finally, my new front plate from europeanplates.com. My fiance is my first love of my life, so my car is my 2nd.

That's a roller paintjob? Wow. Never would have guessed it looks awesome. Let's see some engine bay pics.

No roller paint. It's actually a real Base/clear paintjob.

I was thinking about a rears skirt, but I kinda liked the look of it with just the front. That and I'd now have to get sides too.

stance and finishes touches look great. Not lovin the 17" wheels, perhaps its the design... I think the car needs something old school.

I think it looks great. Right now it kinda has the alpina cow plow look going on, which is cool but, I would do skirts and a rear valence. Also a rear plate filler but again, thats just me. It looks great otherwise!

That looks amazing. Just wondering, how do you have US markers on the Euro bumpers? Swap inserts?

really well done, the interior is subtle and cool.

i agree about some kind of rear valance though.

I like it. I think maybe it needs the rear valence or maybe the muffler tucked up a bit more. Im surprised that you didnt get a slick trunk before respray.

Looking good Frank! I agree with N2MYE30, the muffler seems a bit low, kind of hangs in the black void under the car. But I see what you're saying about a rear valance, it would definitely require skirts at the same time.

Either way, great progress! Look in to the Miller MAF/WAR setup, it's amazing on the m30 ;)
