Wow, car looks nice.
What are the dimensions on the wheels/tires? I am looking to get into an E30 soon, and have a fender roller and some moderately wide wheels already. Just tryin to figure out where they might line up with the fenders once I pull them:

Mine are 16x8.5 with a 2" lip right now. Just wondering if I should fit a 2.5" lip to get a 9 under there instead.....Comment

I got the wheels from ebay in kinda rough shape, then sourced new wider lips and stainless steel bolts for them. I stripped and polished the new 2" lips, so they look much better than they did when I first got em, too. It is a time consuming thing, but the results are always worth it. I have refinished probably near a dozen sets of BBS wheels in the past couple of years. I run em for a bit then sell em, but these won't be going away any time soon.Originally posted by Nick325isI am looking for a set of 16s. Where did you get yours from?
I do come across the 4x100 16" BBS RS (model RS003) every so often, and they are an E30 fit. Wider lips for those are only a phonecall away, since there is a company that makes replacements for them in any 1/2" width. I can keep an eye out for some if you are interested. This was my last set on my old supercharged coupe:

I want those rims soooo bad, I would trade my $3200 Volk TE37s for those in a heartbeat.Originally posted by blubayouI got the wheels from ebay in kinda rough shape, then sourced new wider lips and stainless steel bolts for them. I'll trade you my BBSRS003's for your BBS RF's. Mine are just refinished.
T.J. is going to chime in...
Also, I saw your FS auction for those on VWVortex a long time ago. I love Jetta Coupe's too. I do love RF's too....damn thats a nice car. I thought you had a house to buy or something? And how much would it cost to go from 16x7" to 16x8"? And what offset would that be?Reminiscing...Comment

$3200 for the wheels and tires and hubcentric spacers. I didnt pay that much but thats how much they are worth refinished and powdercoated with new volk racing logos and such.
