Since you already have enough positive comments to make you smile for a month...

...loose the tintz to look a lot cleaner, it looks purple anyway. :)

i know, the mexi tint needs to go. I like having the tint from a keep-your-car-not-rape-hot-in-the-sun perspective, but i should redo it at least

I notice cus i tint with my buddy at his shop on saturdays. Most tint places can do a lifetime film for about $150 and won't ever fade, crack or turn purple.

I had 20 on my old schwarz for a while, then went for a cleaner 50 just to keep the uv rays out... plus black cars just look great w/o film. It adds contrast. Thats the only reason i put 35 on my cabrio now because the bronzit paint, tan interior and especially with silver bottle caps there was no contrast at all.

Yep, this tint is old, really old id guess. On it when i bought the car. I want to redo it to like a 50 or or something light.

I'm in "no tint on E30s" camp.

I just don't like older cars with tint.

Just to go completely off topic, but I've heard great things about the different clear tint that's available out there.. That's the road I'm going down on my red car.

                    3M's looks impressive

my vote would be silver, but perhaps I'm biased a bit. ;)

Looking again at these wheels, I think the thing that really does it for me is the center cap making it look like a mono lug. I love my th monos and will never get rid of them (ok don't say never) but they would look so cool with the single nut. Yeah I know it would be poseur to do but I really wouldn't care.

                      Kudos to you sir.

Yan, I think it would look pretty good on your M3. Check my build thread if you want to see what they look like on a 318is.

Yeah, your color is really what I wanted for years, but at the last minute I went for something to be a little different (from my own head and now I'm not as jazzed on it). The following pic made me change my mind.

I know! It's that center cap that has me so AMAZED!! Here's the picture that motivated me on my wheel color choice at first:

I knew I couldn't pull off that OZ center (duhh). But I wanted to fake it at least.

And Yan, I have a compomotive wheel for you!! I've been wanting to see an M3 in one of there wheels forever now. One of my hidden little secrets if I get into one.

                        Sorry to thread jack Stephen.

I dont really like the tint look, but i like getting in a burning hot car even less. That clear stuff might be something to look into.
