I purchased this car 2 weeks ago and been lurking on a few forums. Seems this is one of the better bmw forums that is somewhat e30 based. Anyway here is a picture of the car after lots of heavy buffing...



this was the finished product....




halfway thru the panel the paint was bad but lots of hard work got it looking pretty good... the entire car was that color to begin with....

in that case i guess ill buy some springs to begin with and make a decision at that point. If they were the 15" baskets i would love them. These are in super nice shape for sure....

It is actually just a daily driver for me. I didnt want the run of the mill civic or some throw away car. I owned an 84 318i as one of my first cars and have hated that i sold it since the day it left me. Basic plans are to put a COP on that is ordered then suspension and wheels and drive:) It is all mainly a goal to keep miles off my FD RX7 and Evo VIII :)

thanks i felt i over paid at 2k when i first saw the paint but I couldn't say no. Its been ultra reliable to me so far and I'm loving the gas savings already
