I'm a bit surprised that everyone likes the Land Rover better. I really love Land Rovers and grew up going on Land Rover outings with the Northern California Rover Club. They are extremely fun. But I figure, I can always buy another old Land Rover in the future. You don't see too many of them in the states, but there are a lot more all over the world. I would really love a D-90.
My boyfriend is working on getting a Mercedes G-wagon to fulfill our need for camping, off-roading, and snowboarding.
He's _really_ hoping to buy this one: http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/1950218078.html
Hopefully the guy that's looking at it on Saturday won't buy it. Otherwise he wants to import one from Europe.

My first vehicle was an 89 range rover county back when gas was 1.32 a gallon. Soon after gas doubled and I bought my vw gti.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Gotta love those IE3's. :|
That oilpan has to be the most mutant, retarded and useless thing I've ever seen get a stock one on there asap. Kinda fishy that he'd do all that suspension work and leave the rusty old tie rod assemblies on there.
Looks nice though. How much was the rover worth?
