              I've never seen a filler for valence like that, looks clean. Does the car have an oil cooler?

                          Nope. The M40 has no oil cooler.

                                          I think you get this valence when you don't have A/C from factory(Euro)

                                          Mine, no A/C and no oil cooler either but it used to have one
