                                What's the difference between this and an "acceptable" rat rod? Is there a rule saying an old E28 cannot be done up as a rat rod?

                                Please scan and post your copy of the rule book in a .pdf, I'd love to browse through it and then delete it.

                                    because rat rods look sick...this doesn't. Everyone has their own opinion though. I just don't think an e28 is quite old enough to pull off that look.
