    New guy...well sort of

Well i have been on e30tech for awhile and i thought i would register here aswell. I bought my car about a year and a half ago, nearly saving it from being sent to the junk-yard:(. It has come a long way since then and is under the knife right now..

Here are some pics from day one to now.

    Since then i have:
    Body work on the car
    Repainted original calypsorot
    new wheels/tires
    re-did stereo
Changed from auto to manual trans
    eyebrows
spoiler(needs some preping before i can paint)
    custom rear bumper
    front lip
taurus side skirts which will be on after i finish engine build
    lowered
    tinted windows
    smoked rear tails
    and a whole lot more..

And now begins the engine rebuild
I put a 2.7 eta block in and 885 "i" head and now turbo time:p

    Heres the ugly turbo

    A few hours later..

Nice work, details on custom rear bumper and is that euro (duckbill) lip up in the front? I thought they only had them available for early models.

Calypso is such a great color! I love the body work. I definitely want more info on the rear bumper. Can't wait to see more of the car!

What bumper half did you use for the bottom, if you don't mind me asking?
Looks like a clean job. I wanted to do something like that with a Racing Dinamics apron a long time ago but didn't have the space or time. Good job man, keep us updated on the TARBO setup too.
