If I could spare the money I'd buy it, but I cant. Thanks again for lending it to me. I can bring it back whenever. Just shoot me a text.

          Little updates...

I've got my wheels primed, but I dont know what color to go with. I am either going silver, bronze (like the engine), or black. My original plan was to do bronze, but im kinda chickening out of doing it. Im not sure how many of you are fimiliar with 2002's, but the turbo models have a stripe that goes down the side, then swings up and has the word "turbo" in it. My plan with painting the wheels black, was to have a satin black version of the turbo stripe that says m20. Ehh, suggestions are welcome. Also, I'm stuck on whether to do paint or suspension. I can get the whole car repainted for around 700, or drop all of that money and get me some bilsteins/IE stg 2 springs and their sway bar set. Also need suggestions.

Anywho, here's my new steering wheel. Grant GT 772 13"

Sick, i would like to m20 an 02 one day.
I think an e21 320is wheel would look better than that grant.

youre going to love that m20 in there. I got to drive one a while back. Really a great combo. Keep the car simple. Dont put M20 on the side. trust me, there will be no doubt that thing is modified. less is more. Love the fat 13's. youre off to an awesome start

Thanks for the good words guys! I appreciate it. I have turbo flares/spoiler/and some offbeat airdam that I was going to put on it, but not until I can afford paint.

I'm using a single pump setup from a 91' 318is. Feel free to pm me.

                    P.S. GO GIANTS!

Well, progress has been made. I decided I am not going to flare it, so that means I am scratching the 13x8's as well. So I got these.

My paint looks really good in that picture.

ANYWAY, I finished the wiring. I dont have any pictures of the finished product, but you'll get the idea. It wasn't that hard to do.

e30 harness taped off and labeled

This leaves putting the alternator back on (which is going to be a PITA in the crammed 2002 engine bay), getting the intake manifold bolted up (also going to be a bitch), then the radiator, driveshaft shortened, and the throttle cable. After that I should be golden.

Very much so! I only did autocross when I had the m10 in it, but I am going to get into actual track days once it is running.
