on the front, is that a USDM plate holder that has the bottom cut off? looks like a good solution to fill that space while i hunt down a filler panel.

yeah. i just cut it short to make it look like a plate filler and at the same time hold a plate when needed

unfortunately, yes they are rota's 16x8 10et all around, but with spacers i'm F0/R-6

yes and yes. i can't BAR it as a 98 cause 98's are OBDII and i'm OBDI S52
