What H&R's are you running? They make at least 4 different set-ups for our cars, all more low than the last...

Also you may consider pulling out spring pads all around, and going with drop-hats in the front.

While you are in West Virginia, it's not 1994 and you don't own a fox body, ditch the tails.

They are color coded for starters:

                                Stock: Black
OE Sport: Greyish Blue 1" Drop Front, 1" Drop Rear
Sport: Black with "50406" printed in white, 1.3" Drop Front, 1.3" Drop Rear
Race: Red, 1.6" Drop Front, 1.5" Drop Rear

Those are all the figures for a non-convertible. Since the 'vert is heavier, any of these springs on your car would drop it a little more. There are Convertible specific H&R's but they are only offered in the 'Sport' rate (the numbers on them is 50407), with a 1.4" front drop and a 0.75" rear drop. You can use the coupe springs in the vert though, the figures just won't match their chart.
You can also get custom spring rates from H&R and other companies to dial in your ride height, but you won't be able to go as low as coilovers would allow.
