    First e30.....

    Just picked this thing up today for a screaming deal. This is my first BMW car....although I've owned a BMW cycle.

    I wanted to share as I'll be spending a lot of time on here in the near future. It'll be a driver for now. I'll make some changes/improvements when I have some extra time..... Won't have much as I'm trying to restore a 66 beetle.

    1987 325 with an m50 swap
    Thanks everyone, Bill

                  cool car, don't see mini rims very often. replace the caps with roundels.

                    Thanks everyone,
                    To answer some questions;

                    Bilsteins with FK springs. It's bouncy in the front. It's been awhile since I've driven a lowered car. I may look into some decent coilovers

                    The pic really flatters the car. It's decent but not nearly as nice as the pic makes it look. Faded hood, roof, trunk. Cracked paint and a little rust. Its got decent interior but the front seats are pretty beat

                    I'll add some pics of the swap, interior, and such

                    Plans are to make sure it is mechanically sound, switch to the later style bumpers, sort out the suspension, get rid of the mini wheels, and an overall cleanup. I may paint it someone in the future as well.
