bought an 89 is

I am planning on a COMPLETE rebuild of this car. motor, suspension, interior, exterior. EVERYTHING is getting redone. so what i want is what you guys think should be done during this rebuild. what, in your opinion, would make this a well done build. i have a long list already but i want more ideas
