Probably on the rear wheels but not the front. If I had to bet I'd say the fronts were 195/40 because I have 205/40 on my 16x8.5 fronts and he is showing way more stretch...hmmmm

It really depends on the brand. My 205/45 kumhos leave the complete outer rim exposed on a 16x8.
