I don't like how it came out. No real way to completely mask it off......plus rushed the spraying and had globs, etc.
Ended up painting it all petwer and it's going to be hidden under the gunmetal one as they are being stacked as a nightstand. I might spray the whole white side most likely gunmetal.
There's a local place that can cut glass and I'll hopefully get it done tommorrow. 8)
Where do you store all the wheels? I'm going to liquidate down to three sets, Street (BBS RZ's), Track (K1's someday) and Snows (bottles). And, I'm only gonna bring one set to college - unless I cna somehow bring my snows with.
lol
Is your actual "parents house" in Indiana too?
I'll be moving from Boise, ID to Rapid City, SD. So, my drive is a little while.
4 on the car, 4 in the garage at home in Indiana. Then who knows when the new set comes. Either in my room in bags, or at my apartment in the closet in my college apartment. I have had the 5 bad wheels stashed in our mini barn.
My dad is not a car ethusiant. He drives a damn Rendezvous. And is anal about his garage and shit.
I'm going to force him to come out to the track when I go in two weeks. Maybe he'll grow to appreciate it. And accept two spare sets of wheels and tires....and a spare car. (buying my friend's G20 auto beater this fall, 29+ mpg between home and college will rock. and passenger room / sedan) plus, my car will be growing harsh.

That looks like crap. It could look sweet as hell if done correctly. Why exactly couldn't you tape them off? I think just a straight line would work fine.

duh. the basketweave isn't even close to being flat, so taping it off would require to follow all the lines and contours of the weave to make a line......and i'm lazy.
actually those R compounds are Goodyear, and they had enough tread for some fun at Auto-X or something.
