I just don't understand why people put so much work into their cars just to sell it off at a fraction of the value.Leave a comment:

OEM chassis x-brace and front strut bar stat!
Every Z3 i've driven has had the cowl shake like the E30 verts. Is it apparent in yours yet?Leave a comment:

Sad. As lame as this sounds, I've always looked up to your car and have used it as an example to aspire to... for example that's why I went with euro bumpers on my 87 IS.Leave a comment:

This.
Seeing your tastefully moded e30, then hearing that it was totalled is not helping the fact that I only somewhat like Z3's :???:
But as yo said, it works out better for you and all we can do is demand updates as the new ride comes along :)Last edited by nickflic3; 11-17-2010, 12:11 AM.Leave a comment:

My mom has one of these, yea eric, my mom.
Steering feel is heavier, and imo less connected feeling. A bit more of a rubber feeling.
Car is small and nimble, but like i said, not as raw feeling. Also, with how small it is, it doesn't give much impression of being light, and compared to a hartop e30, it really isnt. Visibility with the top up can be pretty bad, but thats pretty common for any of the car's competitors.
m54 has a nice powerband though, and it seems to stick pretty well as well as keep its composure at higher speeds

I've been considering getting rid of the 30 and snagging one of these as well.
How do you like it? Driving wise how does it compare to an e30?Leave a comment:
