im thinking about doing some dye-ing action of my own. what did you use? and how well is it holding up?

Actually de dye is brand new still its been done for about 2 weeks now and it looks pretty solid. the floor carpet was a PITA because i had to use a nylon brush to deep scrub the paint after each 12 to 20 inch inline spray both directions various times. It was not hard but really time consuming i used 9 12oz cans of SEM products @ $13 each between 2 days of work, (first coat and second coat, and then retouched some spots at the end.) now for the headliner it only took only one can of rustoleum specially for vinyl bought at home depot for $6. It is solid as well and looks real nice in person. It looks and feels like its gonna hold better than the floor.
P.S when the floor mats are put you never touch the floor carpet so i assume it will hold really well.

Anyways you have to gut the interior, so if you find a black one from an early is the way to go. Butbit wont be in perfect shape IMO so it will probably need like 3 or 4 cans of retouching. But yeah its deffintly the way to go. I will never in my life do it again, the smell is awful even with a paint mask and a wet towel on my nose and face...

My mtech one is ripped and it looked ugly, my brother brought this one for me from lebanon for $20 so it is ok and doesnt look bad. But yeah i need an mtech 2 370mm asap for cheap.

I've got a tan interior as well and I'm spraying my tan rear parcel shelf black today, along with painting the Premium Sound speaker housings black. Want to dye my carpet black also and I saw where someone had used a brush-on dye but can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know of this?
