    Not too shabby

    Welll... Bought this car round 2 months ago... Did a couple things to it such as suspension and a couple things here and there. For some reason, wasnt really doing it for me :eeek:... I was starting to miss my e36 and put it for sale/trade to get me another e36 to work on.

    I have a bad habit of continuously modding the car even though it is up for sale. Had a couple ppl offer me $1500 and ish, which is almost what I spent on the coilovers. After about 2 weeks with it still up on CL i already threw on some wheels, frenched the highs (bought another set of headlights too), got some HIDs, and an IS lip up front. Damn thing started taking shape, which slowly started growing on to me :mrgreen:.

    So for the most part, im keeping it I guess. Car is a runner and real fun to drive :)

    I say keep it for sure. Looks like its in really good shape to sale so cheap anyway. Besides you already put work into it might as well =) (OO==[][]==OO) MONEY PIT!

        Looks good for a basic sedan. Give that thing a deep clean and it'll start to grow on you even more. Any more details though? 318i or 325i?

          Well my plan for now is to keep it lol. I had a dude interested earlier today but had to tell him im not selling anymore :( but hopefully itll be worth it :)


          And yeah, sorry forgot the info. Its an 89 325i, 5spd, has unknown miles (odo stopped ticking at 213k :crazy:), black int... The pax fender had a fat dent but just hammered it out temp till i can get a whole new fender.

          Def went a long way from when I picked it up :eeek:

              keep it. if you're starting to miss your E36, do a motor swap. prob solved.

                  I say keep it. But e30's aren't for everyone. For example, my brother currently drives a mk5 gti, when he gets in my car he says it feels like it's broken. I describe it as a "raw" driving experience. Its like fucking without a Jimmy, you know it's a little dangerous but damn it feels good!

                      do a swap and good suspension on the E30 and u will love it MUCH more than ur E36!!

                      other than that it looks good!

                        Needs spacers and some sideskirts/paint the iS lip trim paint black. I think you should also paint the brake ducts black as well IMO.

                        Other than that, buy one of our (Castros) MAF kits/a Miller MAF kit, and put in a lightweight flywheel. That will make the car MUCH more fun to drive. If you really want it to pull, then turbo the m20, or swap in a m/s5X motor.

                        That's a solid sedan. A few small things and you're set!

                          Yeahh, I have suspension now... Hoping to do some sort of swap in the future, but I don't wanna just settle w an m50 just for an extra 20hp ya know?

                          Haha yeah I just wanted to get the car rolling a lil decent for now. It was rough when I got it, and slowly trying to get it up to par. There's a little damage on the rear valence above the muffler, so ill need to get that fixed as well. After the car is doing good, ill try to get the wheel deal right. And I agree about the black brake ducts actually

                          Swap will take a while for me to get by :/ unemployed, but doing what I can from buying/selling shit lol.

                            then do an M52 if u dont wanna go S50 or S52...
                            m52 has A LOT mor TQ than an M50 plus OBDI swap on the M52 gives it an extra little boost of power
