Looking for some advice (good or bad)

I went over to my buddy Einstein57's place earlier today. I had decided I needed bigger spacers in the rear of my ride than 8mm so I went up to 15mm and still have plenty of space for clearance.
I might go 20mm but not 100% sure. I'd like to fix my reverse rake also (if you see any) and hear what your suggestions are for an easy fix. My suspension is H&R sports and Bilsteins sports fronts with 15mm drop hats and for the rear I have Z3 Mcoupe springs which are a lot stiffer then H&R sports (vert) with bilstein sports. The wheel specs are 16X7.5 ET20 with Hankook Ventus 215/40/16
Good or bad comments are greatly appreciated, as this is the way I have come to learn a lot out of this forum. ;)

This could be bad advice, but why not cut a coil up front and get rid of the drop hats. Or, cut a coil and keep drop hats (not sure if that would be TOO much). The MZ3 springs are nice and stiff eh?

I don't want to cut springs with that said, I have contemplated IE3s or H&R race up front with the drop hats left in, but it may be too much for my daily commute and yes the Z3 M springs are thicker and stiffer and the car doesn't squat as much. Reason for the mis-matched springs is because I have a sub box with (2) 12'' woofers in the trunk and love the bass sound. I just don't want to get rid of them. :)

The IE3s wont fix anything. Cut one dead coil up front and it will fix your problem.
I think the H&Rs have almost 3 dead coils anyways.

OR, add more spring pads in the rear to raise it up.

Really, I thought differently and as far as adding pads to the rear, I'll try that this weekend and see if it helps. Thank you :pimp:

H&R race up front with a cut coil or drophats would get rid of the gap and won't leave you bottoming out.
Race up front is a 315 rate. Wont be harsh for you at all imho.

See the thing is that I don't want to cut any coils and as far the drop hats go I already have them with my HR sports..............remember ;)
