If you keep an eye out in the classifieds re-drilled sets come up fairly regularly too. You could always do a search to see the guys who have sold them in the past. Off the top of my head I know duckBoy and Inline_Sex have, they might be able to source you a set and have them drilled for a fee if you can't find a shop locally that can do it.

I've been trying to get out to take pictures but house projects have been keeping me from getting them done. Soon hopefully.
