    Squeaky clean bottle caps!

I decided to wash my e30 today and actually take the time and scrub my bottle caps with some degreaser, I was very pleased with the way they turned out!:D

Before: (I thought bottle caps were supposed to look like this)

After: (Now I I know what they should look like:nice:)

What type of degreaser did you use? I wanna clean up my bottle caps that well since it seems I might have them longer than I would like anyway.

no matter what the type of degreaser be careful with it. It will fuck up clearcoat on nice wheels. Not such a worry on bottlecaps. but never use it on a hot wheel no matter what the wheel

Clean bottle caps aren't that bad, but this is r3v so everyone has to spray bomb them black to make them look worse. You and I are the only members on here that still have silver bottle caps.

I got sick of cleaning my wheels all the time, so I upgraded to slotted/drilled rotors. I now clean my wheels once a month.

Those ARE nice though. I have a pretty clean set of chrome bottlecaps sitting behind my shed. Not sure what I want to do with them..

I used one called Oil Eaters. All I did was rinse my rims, spray the degreaser, scrub then another rinse and that was the finished product that you see in my pics.

Ya I don't really think it will mess up my caps lol but other rims ya it will.

Ya I have wanted to have a close area meet for awhile now but there isn't that big of a e30 group here in Norcal compared to Socal, but ya I would definitely be interested.
