suspension came out day after the autox. took the shocks to trents homie jack french up in poway yesterday morning. he said there's up to a two week wait, so i'm just gathering parts.

next decision is camber plates. i really want the MFE ones, since they used a sealed thrust bearing on the spring perch, plus they seem to have several key improvements over the competition. but they keep pushing the release date back. i spoke with john over at mfe and he hopes to have product to ship to me by the first week of june. if they fall thru, i'll probably end up going with the IE plates.

don't know much about autocross, we don't have them here.. but i just noticed that every car's front windows are down. is this a requirement? i think you can shave off some miliseconds with the windows up. reduces drag and all that..

I don't think that with the speed they are going such and issue becomes a factor, well a noticeable one anyways.... but I could be wrong.

from a safety standpoint, DE and autocross organizers figure that if the car does hit something, it's better that the window shatters in the door than all over the occupants.
