Sparco evo 2 :: e30 content ::

Fitted a Sparco evo 2 today with sparco base and sparco sliders, it's a tight fit. I'm 6 2 and it's actually pretty damn nice. I could use some more butt padding but for now it's a really nice setup. I'll have another one soon but one will do just fine.

Please excuse my clean garage , it's getting a make over this summer.

and to anyone who was curious about my exhaust setup, it's IE headers to stock cat to custom 2.5 piping y pipe to single inlet magnaflow muffler. Everyone said that since I rattle canned my exhaust it will chip... I sanded it down and used header paint. Haven't had a single problem with it.

Hope you guys enjoyed the photos, I get a TON of haters on this car... not sure why but if you don't have anything nice to say please just don't say anything. Rather not hear it, trendy euro plates and different wheels red tails blah blah I've heard it all. I'm doing it my way and I'm pretty damn happy with this car so far.

I actually really like the way your car is progressing. Wasn't a big fan at first with the color matched moldings etc, but it looks much better now. I absolutely love that steering wheel.

You car looks really good, especially compared to when you first got it. How much did those seats cost you?

evo 2 is a nice seat. I just replaced it with an OMP head restraint seat in the race car but would definitely recommend the evo2. Ran them for 3 years.

          That interior is great.

Clean it up and hardwire that detector.

Nice steering wheel, too. Rubber band purpose? Just a TDC point?

Looking better, in another six months, we just might not be able to assume this car was a stunt double in 2F2F. Good work, better direction.

One thing, put your fucking plate where the engineers wind tunnel tested and placed it, not where JDM-mad-tyte-wannabeez place theirs on their EK.

Yeah thanks, when I bought it it had SO much that needed to be done. We painted every molding on the car, windshield, rear window, shadow lining, headlight rings, and that's all that I can think of. We did it all satin black, but thanks! The steering wheel is a custom made Sparco, I have a horn button I'm just too lazy to put it back in :). Here are some pics of what it looked like when I got it.

And then Maaco got their hands on it and painted EVERYTHING.

And then I came in and fixed it...
                      Now

Thanks! The interior was originally tan, as you can see in the head liner. I will be doing full suede interior by the end of this year along with half cage, another evo 2 and a few other interior thingys. I'm doing a hardwire with a mirror clip mount hopefully by the end of this month, trust me... I'm SICK of that stupid wire. The steering wheel is custom, the rubber band? I'm assuming you're talking about the yellow strip? Just to show the center of driving I guess? I've always liked the way that looked, I bought it like that.

Thanks! Yeah I bought the car with these wheels and the paintjob, so I'm trying to correct everything right now. I'm looking into new apex wheels which are coming up very shortly. My plate is going to stay where it is :). I like my euro plate and I switch it out every few months. I think it looks fine right now, but thanks for the appreciation so far.

Not sure, the guy did it before I bought the car.

Car is getting touched up soon, lowered and maybe straight pipes?

The NRG seat is for sale by the way, $120 bucks.
