                    if you are painting the chrome. sand it first and use an etcher so the paint will stick or the car will be ugly in 6 months be that paint will come off the kidneys and bumpers.

                        Plasti-dip worked really well for me with the only prep being to clean it pretty good (okay, not even really all that good)
