this is my first post on this forum, i've been watchin for quite some time, ubernasty is my twin bro.

his old roof rack from his black sedan was chillin in my basement for a while and now since hes got the vert, i decided to bring it back to life

its a beetle, they have lots, and being a super, its impossible to get anywhere near as low as a torsion car

Yeah, I know, I've owned several. I was referring to the eyelids, chrome vent surrounds behind the rear windows, and giant, heavy ass bumpers. Get some black t-bars, or just lose them entirely. I got rid of the chrome side molding & hood strips on mine, but that required body work & paint. 1-piece windows look better too, imo, much cleaner. You're right about getting low with a late car being a hassle, but it can be done.

ok, both that bugs posted are nowhere near as low as mine, but it does look pretty clean without some of the chrome pieces
