New to the E30, but not BMW (sort of...)

Hey. Just bought my first E30 last weekend. It's rough, but it'll make a great project.

    It's a 1984 (same year I was born!) 325e. 191000 miles. Runs great!

I have some plans. But they start with getting this guy tuned up and in decent cosmetic condition.

And here's why I'm not really new to BMW's...

Nah, they're fakes. I'm not putting real BBS's on anything down here in Atlanta. They'll either get stolen or futzed all the hell up. But LM reps are on my list for the E30. ;)

I hate my bumpers. I know the factory plastics won't fit, but are there any aftermarket alternatives (that won't make it look like a cracked out civic)?
