I am noob to these forums but I just thought I'd share my E30, my first car, which I actually bought myself. This wouldn't be as cool if I wasn't 16. The red paint you see isn't even real, the previous owner thought a $400 Maaco paint job for "Indian Porsche Red" was necessary to cover up the perectly fine Gletscherblau Metallic beneath it. They didn't even paint the doorjams...but I think the car looks great from about 10+ feet. Since buying it, I have hit a deer (which suprisingly only left a very small dent by the driver's side headlight), and had a mailman ram the front on purpose (because I parked too close to the mailbox.) Yeah, I watched that happen out of my front window. But, that was ok because just before December I recieved a hefty check from them, with an apology. The "damage" (unnoticable cracked bumper and had been pushed back) was completely invisible to anyone not inspecting the car so I used the check to buy new springs and shocks which haven't been installed yet. For christmas, I recieved an Infinity Basslink. Mounting it was troublesome but it doesn't slide around so I'm happy with it. I just recently replaced the valence bumper on the bottom cause the previous owner ran over a boulder and then backed out over it again. :finger:
Excuse the rainbow medallions hanging on the rearview mirror, they're from a school retreat. I love my E30, it has 245,000 miles on it and still runs strong. I Dinan chipped it and that made a huge difference. My only regret so far is getting an auto , but I needed a car.

It has some bottlecaps on it now, those wheels werent for E30's at all. They weren't even on the hub, they were just held on by the bolts.

Look at that classy one-fog-light setup!

If anyone knows how to mount it better than this, tell me.

Those seats are from an earlier E30, but I think it goes nicely with the tan interior, including the rear seats, which are still tan.
