I feel the exact same way! Summer can't get here fast enough! This winter has sucked. Car looks great! I can't wait to get mine lowered and hopefully some new wheels soon.

Hahahaha....

I live in Oregon, so it could be 2 or 3 months before we get consistently good weather. But hopefully we will get some good weeks of top down weather before long.

The car came from a good guy in the Seattle area that really knows his stuff. He did the engine swap himself, plus installed a totally new interior and did lots of other work -- and from everything I can see he didn't take any shortcuts. He had it on display at Griot's Garage the summer before last during the e30 picnic:


There are a few things I plan to do in the next few months: upgrade the exhaust, install new stereo system, quicker ratio steering, a short shifter, and a dual brake booster/MC/remote-reservoir I just bought off a 530 (the current brakes require substantial pedal pressure).



For those that asked, I haven't decided when to sell the coup yet - it is a great ride, and doesn't mind the rain at all! When I decide to sell, I will post it on the forums.
