My odometer went out today :curse:

I was so happy to have an e30 with a working one... Is there any way to fix it? I know its a very common problem.

Thanks for the link! I still have the cluster from my old car (the odo worked on that one) so I might just pull that one for the gears. We'll see I guess.

This morning I set off to school and noticed once I got on the road that I had white smoke coming out the back of the car... It felt a little odd at startup but not that bad so I took off anyway. The white smoke stopped after 2-3 minutes and I parked the car soon after. I started it up again and there was no smoke on start up. I only let it idle for about 30 seconds or so but there was no smoke during that period. I should also mention that the coolant warning light has been coming on the past few days, but the PO said that that would happen to him now and then and it would still light up even when he topped it off so I didn't think anything of it. Whats wrong with my car???
