People who don't know the proper spelling of a language and the use of it's punctuation shouldn't be using it. This is half the reason I can't stand euro plates anymore.

BTW
"It's" is a contraction for it is or it has.
"Its" is a possessive pronoun meaning, more or less, of it or belonging to it.
