This picture represents the maiden voyage after my repairs. I went to the grocery store to show it off and buy more beer.



My dad and I went to my shop to pick up my e46 and he had to drive it, so I let him.

Overall I'm very happy. Got it for $500, and I've put about $200 into it including tax, title, registration, and parts. I've already had people asking what I wanted for it, but it's got a few more kinks to be ironed out, plus I'm getting very attached.

I think Helen Keller and Ray Charles were in the RX8 and STI. The Jag is my friends w/454 big block on N02. I didn't think I did badly for shitty street tires and a stock M20. (It was a PCA auto-x so all the non-Porsche cars were grouped together...)

Not to bad. The front suspension has been gone through before. Rear looked ok too. I need some sticky tires at some point. It was trying to slide everywhere. The suspension did awesome, just need to get a thicker front sway bar and I think I'll be gold.

I've got some weaves at home I'm gonna transplant the current tires onto, then get some Star Specs and throw on the current wheels for the track. I really, really, really hate these wheels. Eventually, after the V8 is in a running, probably gonna go for a 5 lug swap, which has been in the back of my head for a while now.

For now, it's just gonna be the DD to and from work, until I get all the V8 parts.
