okay okay, i got a shot of my car in the grass, with a mailbox coming from my trunk  I was excited i finally got my E30 i wanted for over a year, and rushed to my friend's house to show it off, and borrowed his digital camera. It's not like i set up the shots.....geez

After I get the paint fixed, an IS lip, etc. etc., I'll take some rather artistic shots and marvelize you guys......hopefully (yeah i invented a word, so what? :) )

                    Nice looking E30!

If you haven't tried it yet, go get a bottle of NuFinish (bright orange bottle) from anywhere, and spend some time rubbing those mirrors. My bet is that it will bring them back to almost new since it works like magic on oxidised paint. Just make sure you lean into it a little and keep rubbing.....then let dry to a haze and buff off.

                    Good luck!

i haven't tried such yet, because it seemed to be really unbelievably oxidized, but it might be worth trying!

right now, i gots to get a broken rocker arm replaced, that's #1 priority, then #2 is fixing my ABS.......then....... so i'll get around to it as soon as i find time :?

but i might need to "Nu-UP" my entire ride as the majority of the paint is oxidized. 8)

P.S. I'm fucking pissed someone jacked my pic......but a lil flattered. :x

                        Their response:
What picture are you referring to? Also what is with the fowl language? Why can't you be an adult and speak like Grown-ups speak? If you want to talk about this give us a call, we would love to talk it over.
whatever, i'm a lil flattered, but still......wtf, i think i deserve some free products now

You're an idiot if you expected any sort of retail business to respond to an e-mail like that.

You would have achieved much better results had you written:
                          Dear Sir or Maddame,
It has come to my attention that you are currently using one of my personal pictures to represent a product which you are selling. The e-bay action which has this discrepancy is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I would be greatly appreciative if you would remove my picture from your auction as I feel it is a decitefull way to market products. Should you fail to respond to my request, I will make it a matter of priniciple with the e-bay staff.

                          Kind regards,
                          Blah blah blah

Hmmm maybe I should skip business and move right onto patent law or legal underwriting.
                          Below the radar...

hmm, you're half right...... i was pissed and acted stupidly, but it's all good. I didn't expect that would work, but i didnt really think at all when wrote the inital email to them.

I apologized for my foul language. They said one of their clients suggested using my picture to display their product......but would remove my pic as soon as the auction relists, so it'll be gone in four days.
