You guys haters of RK's? Or just on m3's? I have these rims on my E30 and I think they look good.

Drives me bananas when I see improperly fitted trunk emblems. Why are body shop guys so lame?

thanks bro...at first i didn't think the emblem was a big deal but now I can't stand it. I want the car to look clean so its just the little things. I love the RK's as well however I would prefer RS's. But at this point in time I think the RK's will do.

I would but I'm just trying to keep the car looking as stock as possible on the exterior. That is why I'm going to repaint the grill chrome, probably get smileys and get rid of the yellow high beams, and then just move the turn signals to their proper place..But a coilover setup will be done in the future along with some wheels. But nothing else.

All good stuff you are planning. For one, I like the RK's, you've got enough suspension bracing to qualify as a track car, might as well have the nice lightweight wheels to go with it.
Chrome kidneys, relocated turns, properly-placed M badge, and getting rid of the yellow highs will really make the car come together. Then you can get into the fun of 'accessorizing' that engine bay. Just think, carbon fiber plenum and coil cover...

Honestly, one simple thing that will make a huge difference (IMO), is a license plate frame. Yes, a plate frame. Maybe something simple (and polished?) with a thin profile and rounded edges.

As others have said, the trunk emblem looks off. Probably even to someone who doesn't know cars.

I'd also throw on the chrome kidneys in the front. Also, for the front, too many colors going on with the lenses. Keep the orange turn signals and get rid of the yellow highs (this would make for a clean and balanced car because there are orange lenses at the front and the rear of the car this way).

Maybe even pull the muffler up a bit so it fills the cutout better? Also paint the rear deck panel black. Nothing drives me crazier than seeing random gray interior bits in a car. Especially a black one. I'm sure you have more black than gray inside, so getting a more consistent tone would seem ideal.

Yea I wanted a license frame until a got pulled over and the cop wrote me a secondary ticket for that..and yea I'm going to repaint the kidneys chrome and I just bought smiley ellipsoid headlights yesterday :)....as for the interior, all the carpeting is gray but the dashboard, door panels, etc. are black...don't really know how to approach that..but thanks for the suggestions man.

just buy new ones. you won't be able to make them look right with paint.
