Is final offset 20 or is that before spacers? Also, was a roll/pull necessary in the rear?

Final offset is around et10 front and et12 rear. I had to use my 10mm spacers for the front so I could clear my front calipers. I tried my best to use my 8mm on the front but I didnt feel comfortable taking any more material off the calipers. I didn't roll any of the fenders. I only rub in the front when im turning up a hill full lock. The rears are within a MM from rubbing the rear fender with the meaty tire I have out back. I plan on getting the same tires I have for the front for the rears and spacing them out another 10mm
