UPDATE!
Got the rear parcel shelf/deck dyed black. I love the finished product. Also removed the rear headrests and seatbelts

Dye I used: Duplicolor Vinyl & Fabric, this stuff is great I used it on my e30's rear shelf also

UPDATE!
Removed the rear seat top layer of sound deadening:
Weighed ~15lbs using a bathroom scale. The equivalant of freeing up 1hp! yeehaw
