I hope to have it done by this summer, Im in talks with 2 shops and recently got an email from a reputable e30 M3 shop up north, hoping and praying for a great deal and then its a matter of saving up and shipping the car off to be fixed. I hope to have her all done and fully fixed by August.

Very nice, I hope it all works out for you. I know exactly what its like to be in your shoes as Ive had almost the same shit happen to me with a local shop. I was out 4k as the lawyer told me to pay and we would work it out with them and if it didnt work we would sue. But the car was totaled shortly after. So never got a chance to go through with it.
