Alright after spending most of my time looking for the damn harness I finally found it a couple days ago. Installed my foglights (easiest part). Bought a relay from VatoZone and turns out it wasnt it. So a buddy of mine gave me his fog light relay since his bulbs were burnt anyways. And God said, "let there be light."

Yep, planning on purchasing Jordan's H&R cup kit. Rims and tires first and probably new brakes and rotors.
