POS Black 318i and hellaflush Alpine e30

Was replacing the guibo on my car, this one lasted since the engine went in last year, so not too bad and also removed the ac condenser core. I was using the core as the "mount" for the spal pusher fan, but it was really hindering the effectiveness of the fan. Now I am below 1/2 mark even when sitting in traffic with fan spinning at half speed, this is a with a new radiator and 75c tstat.

I noticed my diff mount is toast as well, so that will be the next thing once I get my diff rebuild as it's also toast. While the car was on the lift I grabbed on wheel and asked Pinepig to spin the other and it took about 30-40ft/lbs to spin it... toast.

While working on my pos car, this hella flush alpine e30 rolled in..I hear this guy works on e30s and knows whats up..... yeeee30!!!

    my pos 84 318i and dd e34

can I haz new mount and diff? yes.

made in germany.... guibo swap in 30 minutes w/o dropping exhaust

fan mounted directly to the radiator....no rubbing so far. I bought the spal rubber gasket thing but it was too big...didn't feel like cutting it in 10 places to make it fit.

how on earth did you get the bolt in from the other side? is that the right way to do it...because mine certainly aren't that way lol

Those are later model 5 series e60? wheels- 16x7 iirc.

Very nice looking cars. Jean, i think its time for an e36 diff cover.

Love the fitment and stance on that white E30.

Jean, get rid of those zip-tie-through things on that fan, and get yourself some brackets. The more I heard about how bad they are, the more research I did into how true it was, they will eventually vibrate and wear through the core on your radiator.
